How to install a tennis windscreen

Tennis Windscreen installation is relatively easy. All the tennis windscreen comes with grommets and it is simple to use ty-raps to tight it up on your fence.

The tennis windscreen comes in two standard height size. 9 foot windcreens will be hung from the top of the fence. If the fence is 10 feet high like most of it then their will be 1 feet open at the bottom of the fence. If you are using 6 foot tennis windscreen then it is suggested to placed the windscreen in the middle of the fence. In that way, 2 foot will be open top and bottom of the tennis court fence.

The windscreens net must be installed seams and hems facing the fence. The soft finishing part will face the tennis court. It is suggested to use at least 40lb. Breaking strenght ty-raps wich is pretty standard. First installed one ty-raps into the vertical grommets at the desired height. Then go with all the top grommets and the side. Follow the fence chain to make sure the windscreen is straight. It is recommanded to use stronger ty-raps at the bottom of the tennis court. In that way it is easier to remove top and side and roll the tennis windscreen to the bottom when very high wind is expected. In that way you can avoid your tennis windscreen from damaged. All windscreen netting must be remove in freezing winter temperature. Low temperature lowering material resistance and the seriously damaged your windscreen netting.
